2. Hosting

The bet4funapp.com website is hosted by IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57201 Sarreguemines Cedex, France — ionos.fr.

Application data is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

3. Intellectual property

The Bet4fun app, the bet4funapp.com website, their trademarks, logos, text, visuals, databases and source code are the property of L.S.D.P. Distribution and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy or modify the app or any of its elements, extract its source code, or produce translations or derivative versions without prior written permission.

Competition and club names are used for information only, to identify the fixtures offered for prediction. Bet4fun is not affiliated with any federation, league or club.

4. Terms of use

4.1 Access to the service

Using the app means accepting these terms. Bet4fun is restricted to people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4.2 Nature of the service

Bet4fun is a free prediction game played among friends. The app allows no real-money betting, accepts no stakes and pays no monetary winnings. Points awarded are virtual and hold no monetary value. Any rewards are gifts, with no financial consideration and no purchase required.

4.3 Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the use made of your account. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete my account) or by writing to privacy@bet4funapp.com.

4.4 Connection and charges

The app requires an internet connection. Any data charges, including while roaming, are yours and are governed by your contract with your mobile operator.

4.5 Changes and discontinuation

We may develop the app, change its features or stop offering it. Updates may be required for the service to work correctly. On termination, the rights granted to you end and you must stop using the app.

5. Content rules

Bet4fun runs on trash talk between friends. Banter stops where harassment, abuse and hate speech begin. The following rules apply to all content published in the app: usernames, messages, comments, reactions and images.

5.1 Respect for people

• Harassment: content intended to harass a person or a business, or to encourage others to do so, is prohibited.
• Hate speech: content targeting origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or any other protected status is prohibited.
• Shocking content: violent, graphic, obscene or sexually explicit content is prohibited.
• Personal information: do not publish private or confidential data, whether about yourself or about others.

5.2 Good faith

• Impersonation: do not use Bet4fun to pass yourself off as another person, group or organisation.
• Misinformation: content designed to deceive or mislead is prohibited.
• Artificial engagement: multiple accounts and standings manipulation are prohibited.

5.3 Illegal or dangerous content

• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activities, is prohibited.
• Content promoting gambling, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons or speculative financial services is prohibited.
• Content endangering minors is prohibited and reported to the competent authorities.
• Terrorist content is prohibited.

5.4 Reporting and moderation

6. Liability

We work to keep the information displayed accurate, in particular match results, which are supplied to us by third-party providers. We cannot guarantee the absence of errors nor permanent availability of the service.

Keeping your device secure is your responsibility. Using a jailbroken device may compromise how the app works and its security.

L.S.D.P. Distribution cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
