1. Getting started in three minutes

Create your account with your email address, or through Sign in with Apple or Google. The app is restricted to people aged 18 and over.
Create a group (give it a name and an emoji) or join one using the invite code a friend sent you.
Predict the matchday’s fixtures before kickoff.
Follow your group’s standings during and after the matches.

2. Groups and invitations

How do I invite my friends?

Open your group, copy the invite code and send it however you like (WhatsApp, text message, email). Your friends enter that code on the « Join a group » screen.

How many players do we need?

Two is enough. There is no maximum, but it is most fun with five to twenty players.

Can I be in several groups?

Yes, as many as you like. Each group has its own standings and its own fixtures.

Who picks the matches?

The group admin — whoever created it — selects which Ligue 1 and Champions League fixtures are included in the matchday, up to a lock-in deadline. After that deadline the selection can no longer be changed.

3. Predictions and scoring

How long do I have to predict?

Until kickoff of the match in question. After that, the prediction is locked. A notification reminds you of fixtures you have not played yet.

How are points awarded?

Scoring is tiered: you earn points for calling the correct outcome (home win, draw, away win), and more for calling the exact score. The breakdown appears in your group’s standings.

The standings look out of date

Points are calculated as matches finish, with a short delay while official scores are confirmed. If a discrepancy is still there 24 hours after a matchday ends, let us know.

Can I win money?

No. Bet4fun is not a betting service. There are no stakes, no deposits and no cash winnings. Any rewards are gifts, with nothing to pay in return.

4. Common problems

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap « Forgot password » and follow the link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder too.

My prediction wasn’t saved

Check your connection, then reopen the « To predict » screen. A prediction entered offline is not kept. If it is still missing while the match has not started, email us with the fixture name.

I’m not getting notifications

On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Bet4fun, and allow them. Also check that a Focus mode is not active at the weekend.

The app closes or freezes

Close it completely, reopen it, and check whether an update is available on the App Store. If the problem persists, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version.

Why is there advertising?

It funds the app, which stays entirely free. You can decline ad tracking when you first open the app, or under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking: ads are still shown but are no longer personalised.

5. Managing or deleting your account

Your username, avatar and settings can be changed from the Profile tab.

Deleting your account: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and erases your data and your content within 30 days.

6. Reporting content or a member

Bet4fun runs on trash talk between friends — but banter stops where harassment, abuse and hate speech begin. Our content rules set out what is not allowed.

If a username, a message or a reaction crosses the line:

In the app, use the Report option on the content concerned.
By email, write to contact@bet4funapp.com with the group, the member and what you saw.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks the rules. Repeat offenders are suspended, then closed. A group admin can also remove a member at any time.
